Refund policy

Every NINETY+ product is made to order especially for you. Please review this policy and our Size Guide carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or an incorrectly selected color. Because each item is made to order, returned products cannot ordinarily be restocked or resold.

Please check the product description and measurements on our Size Guide before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs showing the item and the problem. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please do not return an item unless we provide instructions to do so.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations are only possible before fulfillment begins and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect, incomplete or unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
