Are your products made to order?
Yes. Each item is produced especially for you after your order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary stock and reduce waste.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
How do NINETY+ T-shirts fit?
Our premium heavyweight T-shirts have a regular, structured fit. Choose your usual size for a standard fit, or size up for a more relaxed streetwear look. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to selected destinations. Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or an incorrectly selected color, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product details and our Size Guide carefully before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue, and we will work to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
How should I care for my T-shirt?
Machine wash cold with similar colors and turn the garment inside out before washing. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Tumble dry on a low setting and do not iron directly over the printed design.
